F. D. Roosevelt était Président des USA avant la guerre et si tu lis bien les premières lignes notamment celles d'Adolf(AoE), tu vois que ce dernier parle de "plus de blindés".
Ensuite, on peut lire Roosevelt qui a une dépression.
C'est en fait les années avant-guerre post krach de 1929, la Grande Dépression, Roosevelt et le New Deal aux USA et Hitler qui réarme la Rhénanie dès son accession au pouvoir.

Faire donc figurer Roosevelt dans ce vrai-faux chat (avec ce qui y est écrit) n'est donc pas un non-sens...
