A QantasLink Dash 8 crew failed to retract the landing gear after take-off and only realised when a member of the cabin crew flagged the error, a report by the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) has found.

Later during the climb, the first officer spoke over the PA system and following this, the cabin crew contacted the flight deck to ask if it was normal for the landing gear to still be extended at this time.

While believing they had not exceeded any operating limits for the gear, the pilots retracted the system at 15,900ft, which was above the 15,000-foot altitude limit for flight with gear extended.

oui, mais dans ce cas, ils devaient adapter altitude et vitesse, et j'imagine que le vol ne devait pas être long...

Un cas célèbre en France a été lors d'un mouvement de grève à Orly où l'équipage d'un A320 a accéléré ses procédures de décollage pour ne pas être bloqués par les grévistes. Mais du coup, une fois en vol ils ont trouvé bizarre de ne pas avoir les perfos habituelles de l'avion et quand ils s'en sont aperçus, ils avaient emplafonné la vitesse maximale autorisée avec trains sortis ce qui leur a valu tout plein de gros pépins par la suite.
