Tacpack 1.3.1.4 changelog
Publié : mar. nov. 20, 2012 1:11 pm
May be safely installed directly over any existing installation from 1.2.0.0 through 1.3.1.x. (No need to uninstall anything first)
AS WITH ALL BETA UPDATES, THIS WILL BLOW AWAY ANY PREEXISTING LIVERIES. If you wish to retain your liveries, export them BEFORE installation and re-import them AFTER installation.
1.3.1.4 Changes:
TacPack DLL:
Tankers/drones should no longer fall out of the sky uncommanded due to their engines being turned off.
Fix display bug in the drone speed menu.
Increase SLAM-ER terrain following altitude to try to minimize cases where FSX incorrectly removes the weapon thinking it intersected the terrain. (FSX bug)
Properly implement rhumb line steering functions in the backend
Minor changes to gun piper behavior
Fix bug where only a single GBU-12 would fall from a station carrying 2x GBU-12s
Fix issue where CCIP cue would get stuck in the center of the HUD after releasing the final bomb of a particular type
Attempt to workaround FSX MP communication issue that resulted in TacPack cache objects not being properly deleted on remote clients in MP. (VRS strongly recommends NOT using object caching in MP unless everyone in the session is on a fast connection)
Added "prompt" functionality to give user the option of loading the TacPack or not when FSX first loads. (Exposed via TPM)
Resolved issue where LGBs would occasionally be fired with no laser code set, rendering them blind and dumb
Bombs should now properly engage targets above the ground
More verbose debugging output in map integration code should help determine why it doesn't work on some systems
A/P and FD gains adjusted to be less aggressive. Should resolve several of the issues reported with the new autopilot in the Superbug and on tankers/drones.
Fix bug in tanker orbit logic that resulted in skipping one entire leg of the racetrack in certain circumstances
FLIR should once again work regardless of the state of FSX's "Light Bloom" setting
Tanker creation menu will now display "[SP-ONLY]" on tankers that have no panel and thus will not be properly synchronized in MP. (FSX bug)
Gauges:
Updated axis-control gauge back-end. No user-visible changes should result.
Effects:
Reduced particle rates/counts on several of the persistent explosion effects in an attempt to reduce the FPS hit they impose.
XML:
L/R BLEED eyebrow lights not lit during FIRE TEST on BATT
External model ARS status lights weren't honoring ARS power status
Internal ARS status panel lights are now all green. Not sure how this one slipped by us, but NATOPS says green, so they're green
Padlock and CCIP delivery mode keystrokes were interfering. Padlock has been changed to CONTROL-P, PITOT HEAT TOGGLE has been changed to SHIFT-CONTROL-P, and PROGRAM CYCLE remains the same as SHIFT-P
SMS menu "X"-outs (PB6-10) were still being displayed in HARM PB mode with the mission option enabled
Will now intercept KEY_VOR1_OBI_INC/KEY_VOR1_OBI_DEC FSX events for use with Superbug CSEL bug. These must be assigned in FSX and must not overlap with KCM mode commands in order to be recognized. (For pit builders)
Will now intercept KEY_HEADING_BUG_INC/KEY_HEADING_BUG_DEC FSX events for use with Superbug HSEL bug. These must be assigned in FSX and must not overlap with KCM mode commands in order to be recognized. (For pit builders)
Bombs were not releasing in CCIP/MAN if TDC priority was on the FLIR, despite that being a qualifying release interlock along with the HUD.
The HUD ASL/FD bars and steering cues in computed release bombing modes were being driven the current steering source (whether it was a target or not). Changing the steering mode to a mode that is incompatible with the current target will now cause the attack steering cues to be blanked until steering is established to an actual target
Radar will return to previous ACM condition following STT uncommanded break. The ACM exclusion window for requiring the same track will be ignored under this condition
Courseline numeric readout (HSI) was not properly reflecting the magnetic course (TRUE was unaffected)
Great Circle Bearing vs. Rhumb Line Bearing - viewtopic.php?f=80&t=9938&p=69085#p69085
Markpoints and Waypoints which were created in the absence of a pre-existing flight plan were not being displayed and were essentially being treated as invalid
MP ARS tanking from ownship wasn't working. ARS transfer wasn't setting OwnshipIsTanker
Many minor edits to Radar mechanization (consistent with wiki)
ACM/TPM:
An issue with the ACM splash dialog was allowing program execution while the dialog was up. This resulted in any messages such as product updates being obscured by the immobile splash screen
Added TPM preferences for TacPack loading:
PROMPT - the TacPack will prompt to load every time FSX is run.
NEVER: The TacPack will never load (Superbug INOP).
ALWAYS: TacPack will load with FSX without prompting (default)
Moved a few options around.
