Changes list of version 1.023b
1. Trees and buildings floating in the air was fixed
2. CTF missions loading was fixed
3. Flares rate of fire for observer point of view was fixed
4. Complete FRA localization of Career newspaper was added (thanks to Ogami Musashi for organization of the translating)
1. Arbres et bâtiments flottants : réglé
2. CTF chargement des missions : réglé
3. Fusées ratio de tir pour le point de vue d'un observateur : réglé (???)
4. Localisation française compléte pour les journaux de la carriére (merci à Ogami....)
