For those pilots that already have v1.2 check your original cockpits.nl downloadinfo email,

Run the Download link inside that email and request for an additional download. This is the fastest way to receive your update right now.
In the future you will be able to run the ‘update’ option in the installer to check and install for available updates past v1.3
Installation:
To install v1.3 over v1.2:
- Run the F16CJ_wide_Superpit_v1.3.exe
- Select ‘Reinstall everything’ and wait until the installer is completely finished.
- Start Falcon 4.0:Allied Force
- Fly an F-16CJ
To install v1.3 from scratch :
- Run the F16CJ_wide_Superpit_v1.3.exe
- Agree to the terms of the EULA
- Select ‘Install’ and wait until the installer is completely finished.
- Start Falcon 4.0:Allied Force
- Select cockpit ‘Aeyes’ in the Setup/graphics section and select a widescreen resolution.
- Fly an F-16CJ
F-16CJ v1.3 changelist:
2D cockpit
- Revised general color of black panels to a more neutral color
- Included Korean/Balkans TACAN lists (by Nikos Eystratiou)
- Revised graphics of Manual chute release lever
- Revised graphics of Ejection handle
- Revised graphics of Indexers lights
- Fixed white pixels in the backlit panels cockpit
- Fixed wrong faults panel color in one view
- Fixed HUD data position
- Changed larger MFD fields and clickable MFD items to the Shift-1 view
3D cockpit model changes (by Trynian)
- Added functionality of canopy open/close
- Added functionality of gear lever up/down
- Added functionality of landing gear lights
- Added functionality of air brakes indicator
2D/3D cockpit
- Updated reflection graphics to show correct kneeboards
- Updated reflection graphics to show ACESII flip up pitots

So you will have to go to the 2D cockpit for reading your fuel.
La mesure de carburant dans l'cockpit 3D de F4:AF est un instrument mort, juste une image là n'est aucun code actuel pour lui faire un instrument actif. Ainsi vous devrez aller au 2D cockpit pour lire votre carburant.

No no, it is enough to start the v1.3 installer not v1.2, the v1.3 installer has an option to upgrade to v1.4 and higher and it will, v1.4 is available.

in Balkans all is fine

I have no clue at all what theaters are working ok with F4:AF right now, this is a grey area.
What theoretically might be possible, and this is at your own risk, is to give folder that contains the 3 files that contain the 3D models and textures etc the original Balkans name. Then installe the cockpit (as if it was Balkans) and rename them again. In theory the installer thought it was original theater.
