Ne continuent-ils pas de voler dans le cadre de la NASA ou autre administration aérospatiale fédérale ?

pas la NASA... il me semble que c'est toujours USAF, du côté Tonopah, et plus généralement, vers Groom Lake

Ils sont toujours à l'US Air Force, officiellement retirés depuis 2008 mais vus voler, en 2014 l'Air Force a déclaré qu'ils sont en "stockage type 1000", c'est à dire maintenu dans un état susceptible d'être remis en service, là pour cette balade en Californie l'escadre locale a carrément reconnu qu'ils doivent "s'entraîner" avec leurs F-15.

Le site key aero donne quelques précisions
two Lockheed F-117 Nighthawks landed at Fresno-Yosemite international airport on September 13 to conduct dissimilar air combat training (DACT) missions with the 144th Fighter Wing (FW).
The two stealth aircraft are visiting the California Air National Guard (ANG) base for a full week of training operations with the F-15C Eagles of the local ANG unit, the 194th Fighter Squadron (FS) nicknamed the 'Griffins' of the 144th FW. The F-117s minor radar cross-section and black radar attenuating paint makes it a more than suitable platform to perform DACT with the ‘Griffins’ as the 194th FS's main mission is air-to-air combat operations to defend the US against adversary aircraft.
Il y a 4 ou 5 qui volent par an. Je ne sais pas si ce sont les même ou bien s'ils font des rotations. Ils viennent de tonopah (TTR)
L'article parle aussi de quatre par an ( comme tout le monde n'y a pas accès )
Despite its official retirement, many F-117s remain airworthy today and are still utilised by the USAF. In total 48 F-117s remain in the USAF inventory, with the USAF disposing of roughly four F-117s a year.
