Ce sont les versions du Bf 109 et du Stuka qui ne collent pas avec la BoB ?

Dans le reportage sur le stuka ce sont des photos d'une variante postérieure au B, un dora je pense
Pour le BF-109, je n'avait pas remarqué que la casserole d"hélice est suspecte aussi sur la couverture

Pas que la casserole... regarde aussi les bouts d'ailes ronds... F ou postérieur, mais pas E...

Sans doute un D en effet ; mais certainement pas un B. Mais le sujet sur le Stuka semble déconnecté de la BoB non?

Par contre le 109 n'est pas un E et ça c'est plus embêtant quand on veut parler de la BoB

C'est un Bf 109 F du théâtre méditerranéen.
Et c'est bien un Ju 87 D-3.

Le texte d'introduction au pictorial parle de stuka B-2 pendant la BOB.
Sur une autre photo représentant toujours un D, on ne voit que des photos de D

By the time of the Battle le of Britain, the Stuka in service was the Ju 87B-2 which boasted individual ejection exhaust stubs for a measure of thrust augmentation,
hydraulically operated radiator cooling gills and an improved propeller over the Ju 87B-1. The Ju 87B-2’s improved performance gave it the capability to carry a
1,000kg bomb load as well as two crew which meant that it could carry either a 250kg or 500kg underslung bomb as well as the wing mounted bombs. Here, an
underslung bomb is fitted ed into position on the bomb crutch

Et en plus même le Hurricane, avec ses six pipes d'échappement et sa grande casserole pointue, n'est pas bon... Même si on lui a enlevé ses canons et qu'on lui a fais une déco "Bataille d'Angleterre", c'est un Mk.IIC sorti en janvier 1944 !

OK; disons que ce n'était pas évident sur la couverture où le thème du pictorial n'est pas précisé.
Ces revues sont souvent décevantes, à quelques exceptions près, surtout les revues warbirds d'ailleurs qui ont tendance à tout mélanger et sont souvent très approximatives. J'ai cessé de les acheter depuis longtemps.
