For the gun I would say on the right air intake, juste below the cord of the wing.
In place of the little bulb on this picture :

For single-seat OPs Rafale (C, M), gun is on right side, on the Rafale A demonstrator, it was on the left side, No gun for two-setas (B,N).

Gun is cover until first shot (as seen here)

Flare dispensers are the same as some of Mirage 2000 D & -5, rear extremity of the carman (as seen on the picture), but I do not know if there is other dispensers (on Mirage -D, 2 rear wing + 2 under fuselage (center) + top fuselage...
