I read your post on simHQ but it seemed it was adressed to FRANCE-SIMULATION .. well, we are not france-simulation, we are checksix.

drop sb a line: (slightly informal) to write a short letter to someone. Example:
If you've got a few minutes to spare you could always drop her a line.
